Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to supervise property and equipment preventive maintenance, monitor life safety systems, and assist in department administration across Colorado properties. In this role, you will implement procedural changes, manage costs, and ensure safety and asset protection for guests and team members.

You will lead a team, schedule work, and coordinate with contractors while upholding corporate standards and local codes.

Formación

• Post-high school education or certificate in building maintenance or related field.
• Minimum of five years of building maintenance experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong analytical and management skills with ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance management for maintenance staff.
• Implement and oversee property and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate/franchise standards and local codes.
• Coordinate with contractors for outside repairs and building maintenance.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities; manage budgets and expenditures.
