Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking an experienced engineering leader to supervise preventive maintenance across properties, manage life safety systems, and ensure compliance with codes. The role emphasizes protecting assets, controlling expenses, and guiding engineers and technicians to deliver reliable operations.

Based in the United States, you will work on-site, coordinate with contractors, and contribute to safety, guest satisfaction, and overall operational excellence while upholding

Qualifications

• One to two years of post-high school education; certificate in building maintenance, technology or related field.
• Minimum five years of building maintenance leadership experience.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication with management, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and supervise maintenance staff and assign duties.
• Implement and schedule preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and projects.
• Manage departmental budget and capital expenditures within approved limits.
• Perform Manager-on-Duty functions as assigned.
