JL Hospitality Management, LLC seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the hotel’s Engineering/Maintenance department, ensuring safe, efficient operation of building systems and guest areas. You will lead the team, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and hands-on leadership in a hospitality environment.

Formación

• Experience leading the Engineering/Maintenance team in a hotel or similar facility.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of building systems:HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the Engineering/Maintenance department.
• Maintain safety, appearance, and functionality of guestrooms, public areas, and building systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance work orders and guest needs, prioritizing safety and impact.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and records.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Assist General Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
