Valor Hospitality Partners seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to supervise property and equipment preventive maintenance, oversee life safety and utilities, and ensure regulatory compliance across properties. You will guide a team, optimize assets, and protect guests and staff.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors, with a focus on safety and high service standards as part of Valor’s hospitality commitment in Colorado and mountain life contexts.

Formación

• Five years of building maintenance experience in a leadership or related management role.
• Strong analytical ability with capacity to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication with management, staff and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance per standards and codes; manage life safety systems.
• Prioritize service requests and coordinate with contractors for external repairs.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, operate boilers, and ensure life safety systems are 100% operational.
• Diagnose mechanical/building problems and source parts/manuals as needed.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking department expenses to meet goals.
• Maintain schedules, logs and documentation for smooth operations and compliance.
• Perform Manager-on-Duty duties as assigned.
