Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or engineering management, preferably within hospitality.

• Certifications in facilities management or engineering preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and engineering activities across the hotel.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers with training and performance reviews.
