Amergis / Prolucent is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead executive-level sales, strategy, and market planning within Sunburst Workforce Advisors. The role focuses on expanding the workforce solutions portfolio and forming strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.

You will collaborate with VP-level leadership, drive new business, and manage complex deals while delivering high-quality outcomes through cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required or preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications/Provider Relations.
• 5+ years of professional experience in new business development and industry management.
• Must meet all local, state and federal requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; facilitation skills preferred.
• Proven experience with a mature BD process and scaling it across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute BD strategy to add new customers to the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities and partnerships; negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align market strategy with operations.
• Travel to visit current and potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and program requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to support growth.
