Qualifications

• Strong background in healthcare facilities management, EVS, or related services.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating long-term contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve healthcare revenue goals.
• Engage with healthcare executives and procurement teams to build relationships and close opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, and implementation teams to design compliant service solutions.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline with CRM, reporting metrics, and KPI tracking.
