Job summary

Southwest Healthcare is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead strategic planning, physician relations, market intelligence, business development analytics and reporting. The role partners with the facility CEO and executive team to drive growth and become essential in the markets we serve.

The role provides leadership across Business Development, Strategy, Marketing and Physician Relations to guide teams toward achieving core strategies and cascading the strategic plan throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
• Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
• Minimum of Three (3) years' experience required, preferred Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare Business Development.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the facility's strategic plan with the executive team to drive growth.
• Provide leadership to Business Development, Strategy, Marketing and Physician Relations teams.
• Lead reporting of strategic plan performance and ensure cascade throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the facility CEO and CA Market Regional Director of Strategic Development.
