Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, qualification, authorization, customer service, and delivery ops.
• Lead multiple department managers and cross-functional teams.
• Develop integrated operational strategies to optimize workflow.
• Monitor KPIs and report to executives; drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA.
