This role requires 10+ years in software/healthcare tech, strong experience with Agile practices, and a proven ability to mentor engineers while delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, healthcare technology, or related technical leadership roles.
• Deep healthcare interoperability expertise, including hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, API-driven integrations, EHR/EMR ecosystems, and clinical data exchange.
• Strong leadership with mentoring engineers and contributing hands-on when needed.
• Experience leading Agile software development teams in fast-paced environments.

• Manages exempt individual contributors (typically Advanced/Expert) and/or Managers/Senior Managers.
• Establishes plans for a function to align with department strategy and objectives; accountable for decisions.
• Evaluates and implements ideas for improvements to processes, products, and services in line with department strategy.
• Engages with senior stakeholders to negotiate, resolve conflicts and build consensus.
• Oversees talent development within area of responsibility.
• Mentors engineers and reviews code quality.
• Fosters collaboration between local and abroad development teams for consistency.
• Reviews software operations for improvements.
• Advocates modern software engineering and agile best practices.
• Translates business requirements into epics/stories for development teams.
• Hands-on application development and optimization.
