Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Software Engineering for Healthcare Interoperability. This senior leadership role combines technical depth with people leadership to drive FHIR-first interoperability across EHR/EMR ecosystems and provider platforms.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical leadership roles.
• Deep healthcare interoperability expertise with hands-on experience in FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, API-driven integrations, EHR/EMR ecosystems, and clinical data exchange platforms.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers while staying technically engaged.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams.
• Strong foundation in modern cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven platforms.
• Experience leading Agile software development teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a function within a department and manages exempt individual contributors or managers.
• Establishes plans aligned with strategic goals and drives decisions based on these plans.
• Mentors and reviews code quality while fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Translates business requirements into epics/stories for the development team.
• Hands-on application development and optimization; documents product requirements and architecture specifications.
• Represent IT viewpoints in meetings with stakeholders and ensure delivery commitments.
