TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead enterprise-scale software platforms that improve healthcare access and operations.

You will manage delivery, architecture, and reliability across multiple products, partnering with product, clinical operations, and executive teams to drive measurable outcomes. You will directly influence technical strategy, mentorship, and scalable practices while championing security and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, microservices, APIs, and modern dev practices.
• Experience operating software in cloud-based production environments with reliability, scalability, observability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and engineering decision-making.
• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and operational processes for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering effectiveness and delivery predictability.
• Develop and maintain engineering, delivery, and operational metrics to measure platform performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to align priorities with business objectives.
• Represent Engineering in customer discussions and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, automation, and AI-assisted development capabilities.
