You will mentor engineers, shape architectural direction, drive Agile practices, and partner with business stakeholders to turn requirements into epics and stories, advancing our transformative virtual-care ecosystem.
Competenze
- 10+ years in software engineering or technical leadership with team management.
- Healthcare interoperability expertise with FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, APIs.
- Proven leadership mentoring engineers while staying technically engaged.
- Lead complex initiatives with cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product and Architecture.
- Strong cloud-native, distributed systems and event-driven platform experience.
- Experience leading Agile software development teams delivering scalable products.

- Develops plans aligned with department goals and makes key decisions.
