Job summary

TailorCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior VP, Engineering to own data science, decisioning, engagement platform, and care-team productivity teams.

You will shape the patient journey, scale the technology stack, and partner with Product and Clinical Operations to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires building an engineering organization, defining roadmaps, and maturing leadership across multiple teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance within a HITRUST environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering, with 7+ leading multi-team organizations through directors or managers.
• Proven track record turning commitments into deliverables and delivering on external deadlines.
• Experience building strong partnerships with product management with clear decision rights.

Responsibilities

• Own three product engineering teams spanning data science, ML, and software engineering.
• Set the engineering strategy and roadmaps in partnership with Product leadership.
• Hire, develop, and hold accountable directors and managers; build first-time leaders.
