Televeda seeks a Healthcare Interoperability Architect & Technical Product Lead to design and lead integrations between Televeda's platform and healthcare systems, including EHRs and HIEs. This remote, full-time role focuses on scalable interoperability, data quality, and compliance across partners and providers.

You will own architectural decisions, translate clinical requirements into technical specs, guide engineering, and collaborate with health-system IT teams and external stakeholders to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare interoperability, integration engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product development.
• Hands-on experience delivering production FHIR/HL7 integrations, including writing, testing, or reviewing integration code.
• Knowledge of FHIR R4, US Core, SMART on FHIR, HL7 v2, and API authorization using OAuth 2.0/OIDC.
• Experience integrating with Epic and/or Oracle Health (Cerner) and with HIEs/HINs or interoperability infra.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology standards (LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD, RxNorm), patient matching/MPI, consent, and data provenance.

Responsabilités

• Architect and implement integrations with EHRs, HIEs/HINs, and healthcare platforms using FHIR, HL7, APIs, and middleware.
• Design vendor-neutral architectures, data mappings, interface contracts, authentication workflows, and reusable integration patterns.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into product specs, technical roadmaps, milestones, and engineering deliverables.
• Guide developers, review designs and integration code, troubleshoot, and contribute hands-on development when needed.
• Collaborate with hospital IT teams, EHR vendors, HIEs, and external partners through discovery, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support Televeda's admin platform data workflows, reporting, and dashboards with interoperable integrations.
