Job summary

McGregor Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Business Development to grow referrals and admissions, achieve census and revenue goals, and lead market-facing strategies at the McGregor facility.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Administration to identify opportunities, manage referral sources, and coordinate tours and outreach while ensuring resident satisfaction and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of leadership and marketing/admissions experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PCC and CRM.
• Nursing background is a plus but not required.
• Must own a reliable vehicle for work travel.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to each facility’s Admissions Coordinator to achieve business objectives: Increased market awareness, implement strategies, create sales & marketing plans, build, achieve, expand admissions and census goals.
• Identify, manage and develop referral sources, educating on facility services and programs and clearly establishing differentiation from competition
• Communicate current market intelligence to Regional Marketing Director, as well as field concerns, issues and barriers.
• Utilizes market intelligence and analysis to develop targeted sales/action items
• Effectively manages existing referral sources to maintain budgeted Occupancy and Skilled Mix.
• Oversee and Manage each Facilities calendar regarding: tours, marketing collateral, establishes consistent tour plan, readiness, route and back-up.
• Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referral.
