Job summary

Daytona International Speedway, home of NASCAR's premier events, is seeking an experienced Director, Guest Services to shape the guest experience for hundreds of thousands of fans annually. Lead a large team across admissions, information, hospitality, tours, and event support, delivering safe, seamless, and welcoming experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sport management, hospitality, event management or related field.
• 5+ years leadership in event operations or guest-facing environments.
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Guest Services operations across admissions, information, hospitality, tours, and event support.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a large event-based workforce including managers, supervisors, seasonal staff, interns and volunteers.
• Create and deliver training, recognition, and engagement programs.
• Partner with Security, Ticketing, Operations, EMS, Event Experience, Marketing, and Concessions to ensure safe, seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee event staffing, scheduling, labor planning, payroll, and workforce management.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Manage budgeting and resource planning while maintaining high service standards.
