Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale venues.
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments.
- Knowledge of event operations, staffing logistics, and facility management.
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational software systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and venue safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue and event operations
- Manage operational staffing plans and labor execution
- Coordinate with culinary, concessions, security, and guest experience teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Monitor operational budgets and performance metrics
- Develop operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Support premium events, sporting events, concerts, and special programs
