Daytona International Speedway, based in Daytona Beach, Florida, seeks an experienced Director of Guest Services to shape the guest experience at one of motorsports’ iconic venues. You will lead teams that support hundreds of thousands of fans during races and events, driving service excellence and fan loyalty.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in event operations or guest-facing leadership, with a track record of managing large, fast-paced teams and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in sport management, hospitality, event management, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in event operations, hospitality, sports, live entertainment, or a similar guest-facing environment.
• Proven success leading large teams in fast-paced, high-volume event settings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all Guest Services operations across admissions, guest information, campgrounds, infield access points, hospitality areas, tours, wardrobe, and event-support functions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a large event-based workforce, including managers, supervisors, seasonal staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Create and deliver training, recognition, and engagement programs that promote exceptional service and workforce retention.
• Partner with Security, Ticketing, Operations, EMS, Event Experience, Marketing, Communications, Concessions, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe guest experience.
• Oversee event staffing, scheduling, labor planning, payroll administration, and workforce-management processes.
• Manage the Daytona G.I.V.E.S. volunteer program, building community partnerships supporting marquee events.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting, expense management and resource planning while maintaining high service standards.
• Represent DIS within the local community and support NASCAR initiatives across Florida properties.
