Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in related business field, i.e. Marketing, Sports Management.
• Minimum 3-5 years sports & event experience required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the cross-functional team in the ideation, planning and execution of the programming strategy.
• Oversee pre-race ceremonies, driver introductions, post-race celebrations, and other marquee event moments.
• Manage event budgets, staffing plans, race weekend deployment schedules, and operational planning.
