Job summary

Perk is hiring its first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering. You will own GTM engineering end-to-end, shaping the architecture and tools used to enable revenue teams across Europe and North America.

You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and lead a senior team while collaborating with SDR, AE, and AM groups. The role blends technical depth with commercial impact, guiding the automation strategy and delivering scalable, instrumented solutions that reduce manual work and accelerate

Qualifications

• Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or related technical commercial function in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in GTM Engineering with real-scale delivery (systems hundreds of sellers rely on).
• Experience as both builder and leader, capable of guiding a senior team.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM engineering architecture and data stack, and set tooling standards.
• Design and build automation using Clay, AI workflows, and integrations.
• Own orchestration layer and decision logic for workflows and data routing.
• Develop agent-based workflows to automate research, qualification, summarisation, and data entry.
• Write production code in Python, SQL, SOQL or TypeScript.
• Bridge commercial and technical goals to deliver tangible revenue impact.
• Lead, grow and mentor a small Europe/North America team and set clear ownership.
