Job summary

Equinix is seeking a senior analytics leader to define strategy and drive insights across GTM functions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to surface critical questions and deliver actionable data-driven decisions.

You will lead a high-performing analytics team, elevate data fluency, and ensure global consistency of data definitions used in executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in analytics, GTM/revenue operations, or BI.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Track record leading and scaling an analytics function across team, process, and tooling.
• Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data and how it drives revenue.
• Hands-on fluency with BI/data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms.
• Experience building forecasting models and predictive/prescriptive analytics for executives.
• Executive-grade communication; track record influencing C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and direction for GTM analytics, insights, and reporting across the organization.
• Partner with senior leaders to surface business problems and influence decisions at the C-suite level.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team and raise data fluency.
• Ensure data integrity and global consistency of definitions for GTM metrics.
