This role blends relationship-based business development with disciplined market research, strategic planning, and team leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

• Monitor the competitive landscape and understand competitor positioning and pursuit behavior.
• Lead and implement the company’s Front Game strategy by identifying key relationships, mapping stakeholders, and planning intentional engagement.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of the company’s CRM system to track: Client relationships and contacts, Market activity and intelligence, Opportunities, pursuits, and outcomes, Front Game engagement efforts.
