Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of aviation or airline industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term strategy for ground operations safety and operational risk mitigation.
• Lead safety team responsible for ground operations safety and emergency response.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve ACS and Maintenance safety performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in Aircraft Ground Damage (AGD) metrics and reviews.
• Oversee ground safety investigation processes for high-severity incidents.
• Ensure procedures and facilities maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Represent Frontier to outside agencies on ground safety matters.
