Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager of Occupational Safety & Environmental Compliance to oversee day-to-day administration of OSHA and environmental regulations across the organization. This role partners with operating divisions to ensure safety standards and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities include leading bullying safety initiatives, coordinating with federal and state agencies, and driving injury prevention programs while maintaining compliance with applicable policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience applying and interpreting OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Deep understanding of workplace and employee safety regulations.
• 4+ years of airline or aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHA/OSH compliance programs and SDS approvals.
• Coordinate with federal/state OSHA agencies and local authorities.
• Oversee injury prevention programs with operating divisions and HR.
• Provide SME support between OSHA/Environmental agencies and divisions.
• Assist investigations of accidents and incidents and present findings.
