You will establish KPIs, SLAs, and controls, manage risk and compliance, and advise senior leaders on strategic payroll operations. A strong change-management mindset and excellent stakeholder skills are essential.

Formación

• MBA with 15 years of experience.
• Experience leading global payroll and HR transformation programs.
• Knowledge of AI, automation and cloud-based HR solutions.
• Strong change management, vendor engagement, and governance skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global payroll and HR transformation programs across regions.
• Implement best practices, automation, and digital solutions for payroll.
