Indeed is seeking a Director, Partnerships & Executive Programming to drive global partnership and experiential strategies. You will lead a team of six, shaping initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes and align with our brand and values.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of executive engagement programs across multiple markets. Remote work is available with global scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in consumer-based advertising, media, sports and entertainment marketing, and global event strategy.
• Proven track record delivering transformational experiences that drive brand growth.
• Experience leading large multi-day and virtual events worldwide and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term vision and strategy for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and executive events under Indeed’s Global Marketing strategy.
• Develop a scorecard and evaluation model for sponsorship and engagement opportunities.
• Negotiate multi-market global opportunities and relevant single-market partnerships.
• Create global executive engagement programs with clear activation and measurement plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align partnerships with the brand strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
