Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Director, Partner Programs to own this program end to end, including tiering, benefits, certification tracks, and incentives across Technology, Services & Solutions, Cloud, Built with MongoDB, and DBaaS.

You will report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and lead a global team of Partner Program Managers, aligning the program with Sales Plays, PRM platform work, and AI-driven automation while ensuring coherence and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/data company, with at least 3+ years managing a team.
• Proven track record of owning a multi-tier partner program end to end - design, launch, governance, and ongoing evolution - across multiple partner types.
• Deep experience designing and governing partner incentives.

Responsibilities

• Own Partner Program strategy and structure across all partner categories, including tiering, entitlements, and benefits.
• Design and govern the global partner incentive framework (MDF, SPIFs, rebates, co-sell incentives) and align with sales plays.
• Manage a team of Partner Program Managers and oversee onboarding, certification, renewal, and escalation.
• Collaborate with PRM and enablement to reflect program rules and ensure effective delivery to partners.
• Define and report program KPIs and provide regular business reviews to executives.
