You will collaborate with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales to amplify MongoDB’s voice and adoption, building high-impact co-marketing initiatives across a dynamic partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a changing environment as new integrations emerge.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing and partner marketing in enterprise software/B2B SaaS.
• Experience with AI/Tech offerings and evolving technologies.
• Experience with developer/partner marketing is a plus.
• Experience working with complex internal and external sales organizations.
• Hyper-organized with strong data and task-tracking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience creating enablement and marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner marketing strategies that drive growth, awareness, and adoption across ISV/AI/Tech partners.
• Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee the development of jointly produced digital content (web assets, blogs, whitepapers, case studies).
• Liaise between partners and internal teams (Industry & Solutions, Field Marketing, Events, Product).
• Own partner marketing planning and manage initiatives to market.
• Manage in-person joint events with Field Marketing and Events teams, including materials and on-site support.
• Manage partner marketing budget.
