Churchill Downs Incorporated seeks a Gaming Operations VP/General Manager to lead gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, and related operations across Turfway Park Racing & Gaming and Newport Racing & Gaming. The role focuses on revenue, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

You will drive strategic plans, oversee pre‑opening and expansion initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum ten years of progressive leadership experience in gaming, hospitality, or related industries.
• Prior experience as Casino General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Multi-property leadership experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive leadership for gaming, hospitality, hotel, food & beverage, and entertainment operations across Turfway Park and Newport properties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with gaming laws, regulations, and internal controls.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial, operational, and guest service objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and guest loyalty while maintaining high standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts, capital expenditures, and resource allocation.
• Lead day-to-day operations through department leaders and standardize procedures.
• Foster a culture of guest service, safety, inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-property teams on performance, efficiency, and enhancements.
