Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for all operational functions across Turfway Park Racing & Gaming and Newport properties.
• Maintain current understanding of gaming laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve financial and guest service objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market share, and guest loyalty.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, capital expenditure planning, and workforce planning.
• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost-control efforts.
• Establish effective communication across departments and ensure delivery of Company standards.
