Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Director, Fulfillment Network & Strategy based in Omaha, NE. This leadership role will drive the optimization of our fulfillment operations, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency in product delivery. You will own the customer fulfillment experience and oversee third-party logistics partnerships, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.

Candidates must have a proven track record in supply chain and fulfillment management, along with strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or distribution.
• 3-5 years experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Experience with financial modeling and P&L management.
