Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred.
• Three+ years of demonstrated leadership and people-management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes transportation and logistics strategy across multiple locations.
• Leads inbound, outbound, intercompany, customer, and international transportation activities.
• Establishes carrier performance standards and conducts regular reviews.
• Manages transportation budget, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Oversees international logistics, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Leads staff development, supervision, and cross-functional collaboration.
