Job summary

ezCater, the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, seeks a Director of Fulfillment Network Optimization to own strategies and day-to-day operations for a scalable fulfillment engine. You’ll interface with Delivery & Fulfillment leadership to deliver reliable, high-impact experiences for customers, caterers, and partners.

You will lead Fulfillment Solutions and Fulfillment Intelligence & Optimization, driving data-informed decisions, performance improvements, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• Proven data analytics skills and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation with internal and external partners.
• Experience partnering with Product & Engineering teams to shape platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship management for dispatch and self-delivery networks.
• Drive growth-focused performance with accountability frameworks and incentives.
• Balance and diversify capacity across the network to close coverage gaps.
• Negotiate and secure favorable commercial agreements with regional and national delivery partners.
• Ensure data quality and uptime across delivery integrations and feedback loops.
• Develop and lead customer-facing delivery programs for premium use cases.
• Build scalable solutions for high-touch and enterprise customers, matching elevated expectations.
