Job summary

ezCater, the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, is hiring a Senior Data Product Manager for Delivery & Fulfillment. This remote role focuses on building a data foundation for fulfillment, including the canonical model, signals, and governance, to power analytics and intelligent routing.

You will partner with a dedicated engineering team and business stakeholders to define the data domain, drive adoption, and ensure reliability across order lifecycle and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, data platform, analytics, or data-product teams.
• 5+ years owning data or analytics products with measurable impact.
• Experience defining a data domain from the ground up: canonical models and metrics.
• Strong SQL, data exploration, quality, lineage, and cost awareness.
• Experience with data governance, observability, and access controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across orgs.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own the fulfillment data asset as a product with a North Star.
• Define the canonical data model, events, and relationships and evolve it.
• Design the metrics architecture to monitor reliability, timeliness, and cost.
• Build trusted, production-ready data products for analytics and self-service.
• Support ML models with signals, features, and governance.
• Drive delivery with multi-quarter, multi-team plans and clear trade-offs.
• Ensure data health, freshness, accuracy, and observability.
• Foster adoption, enablement, and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders.
