Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience as Sales Operations leader.
• Experience leading market segmentation and Go-To-Market strategy in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
• Proficient with CRM development, management and forecasting (Salesforce). Data integrations and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead sales strategy development, operations management, and talent development.
• Build and mentor the Sales Operations & Enablement team and establish a high-performance culture.
