Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of franchise development experience.
• Experience navigating franchise regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for net new center growth and market optimization.
• Oversee franchise incentives, policies, and growth planning.
• Manage relationships with large franchisees and oversee NCOs, renewals, MUD, and M&A.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Development, Operations and Legal.
