European Wax Center is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Franchise Development & Strategy in Plano, TX to lead strategic growth initiatives including market optimization, new center expansion, M&A and long-range planning. You will oversee franchise incentives, policies, and risk management, and guide the development of scalable strategies across the franchise system to sustain market leadership.

The role manages a small team, partners with Legal, Finance and Operations, and requires

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in franchise business development.
• Experience with FranConnect or similar franchise management tool preferred.
• Understanding of franchise regulations and ability to partner with Legal on compliance matters.

Mansioni

• Define development strategies to support net new center growth.
• Lead the franchise network optimization strategy for approximately 170 franchisees with a lean team.
• Evaluate and advance growth initiatives, including geographic expansion and corporate M&A.
• Support the development of remodel catch-up and center upgrade programs.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals with Development, Operations and Legal.
