Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Manager of Franchise Development to lead site selection, lease evaluation, and openings across assigned markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely, high-quality new center openings aligned with growth strategy.

The role involves owning the NCO pipeline, coordinating with Construction, Legal, Finance, and Operations, and guiding franchisees through the development lifecycle with a strong emphasis on brand and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in franchise development, with real estate development or site selection.
• Experience within a franchisor organization.
• Experience supporting lease negotiations and evaluating LOIs, leases, and related real estate agreements.
• Familiarity with real estate economics, development timelines, and portfolio strategy.
• Experience with franchise systems (e.g., FranConnect) or similar CRM/project tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead site evaluations using market, financial, and operational data to assess viability and brand alignment.
• Own development, approvals, and project execution for assigned markets and franchisees.
• Manage the New Center Openings (NCO) pipeline, including timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Support real estate strategy for Corporate-owned centers, including site evaluation and lease negotiations.
• Partner with Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Operations and Training to drive development from onboarding to opening.
