This leader will shape franchise incentives, policies and processes, and guide the European Wax Center franchise system's strategic direction.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in franchise business development.
• Experience with FranConnect or a similar franchise management tool.
• Understanding of franchise regulations and ability to partner with Legal on compliance matters.

Aufgaben

• Lead development strategies to support net new center growth and franchise expansion.
• Directly oversee franchise development activities including NCOs, renewals, transfers, remodels and M&A.
• Manage relationships with large franchisees and negotiate territory agreements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Development, Operations and Legal to align priorities.
