EWC Growth LLC, a leading franchisee of European Wax Center, is seeking a Regional Director of Sales who will translate strategy into center-level execution, oversee a portfolio of locations, and drive KPI performance across the region.

You will lead Center Sales Directors, coach teams, optimize guest experience, and ensure operational excellence while partnering with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership in retail, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or service industries.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar markets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop field employees.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and performance goals.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and translate data into action.

• Own the regional sales and financial performance across all centers.
