Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Manager, Franchise Development to own site development execution across markets and franchisees. You will partner with Construction, Finance, Legal, Operations, Training, and brokers to drive new center openings aligned with growth strategy.

You will lead site selection, lease evaluations, and portfolio optimization, while guiding franchisees through approvals and timelines, with a focus on data-driven decisions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of franchise development experience, with real estate development and site selection.
• Experience supporting lease negotiations and evaluating LOIs, leases, and other real estate agreements.
• Familiarity with FranConnect or similar CRM / project tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead site evaluations using market, financial, and operational data to assess viability and brand alignment.
• Manage the New Center Openings (NCO) pipeline, including timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Guide franchisees through site selection, approvals, expectations, and timelines.
• Review LOIs and leases to assess financial, operational, and risk implications.
• Partner with Business Development and Legal to align Franchise Agreements with development timelines.
