Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7 years maintenance management experience required.
• Valid state Driver's License and proof of liability coverage required.
• Defensive driving program and ammonia-related certifications listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily work and safety of maintenance staff across multiple facilities.
• Advise labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules including extra days and shifts.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety training initiatives.
• Manage assets, procurement, and vendor relationships for maintenance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
