Central Transport LLC seeks a Director of Facilities Maintenance to lead repairs and maintenance for 350+ locations and four corporate offices across North America. You will develop strategic plans, schedule upgrades, manage budgets, and mentor a high‑performing team to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include vendor negotiations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and overseeing the E-Maintenance system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership overseeing repairs and facilities management.
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance.
• Experience with large-scale renovation projects.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of OHSA and building codes.
• Contract negotiation experience.
