Responsibilities

• Support ION and other technology used by Rates and Interest-Rate Swap traders.
• Monitor electronic trading connectivity, pricing feeds, interfaces, and execution workflows.
• Lead production-incident response, escalation, recovery, and stakeholder communication.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Mentor junior technology and support personnel.
