A global financial institution in New York seeks an experienced Fixed Income Trading Technology Implementation Lead to own design, architecture, and delivery for an international derivatives platform transformation.

You will translate complex trading workflows into functional designs, drive cross-functional programs across regions, and ensure go-live readiness and production stability with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of capital markets or related financial-services technology experience.
• Deep knowledge of fixed income and OTC derivatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end derivatives trade processing.
• Direct experience delivering complex trading-platform implementations or transformations.
• Strong functional architecture, solution-design, and business-analysis capabilities.
• Experience coordinating complex integrations involving front-office and downstream functions.
• Excellent global stakeholder management and delivery leadership abilities.
• Experience with testing, implementation governance, and production readiness.
• Relevant bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional architecture and implementation across an enterprise derivatives trading environment.
• Design and coordinate trading platform extensions, interfaces, and cross-functional integrations.
• Translate business workflows and requirements into functional designs and delivery plans.
• Drive implementation priorities, governance, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, trading teams, platform specialists, and technology resources across regions.
• Support end-to-end testing, migration preparation, go-live readiness, and production stabilization.
• Establish and improve operating models, production support arrangements, and platform capabilities.
• Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and delivery outcomes to senior stakeholders.
