You will own strategic optimization initiatives across PostTrade processes, onboarding infrastructure, and data architecture to support new asset classes and trading initiatives globally.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on PostTrade experience, strong cross-functional communication, and a technology-forward mindset in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Strong understanding of global trade lifecycle and prime broker relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead initiatives to evaluate and improve PostTrade processes, relationships, and systems.
• Design scalable onboarding processes to reduce go-to-market time for new trading initiatives globally.
• Architect infrastructure to support new asset classes, exchanges, and complex trading products.
• Deploy advanced post-trade technologies and risk controls.
• Collaborate with PostTrade Tech to define requirements and build optimized solutions.
• Build relationships with prime brokers to support platform needs.
