Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Fixed Income Operations team; supervise the outsourced BPO operations team.
• Serve as primary escalation point for fixed income lifecycle events (Corporate Actions, Settlements, Fails, Securities Financing).
• Review regulatory trade reporting status for all fixed income trades (FINRA TRACE).
• Maintain SOX-aligned internal controls and monitor control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Front Office to drive operational efficiencies and onboard new business streams.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to increase automation and strengthen control framework.
