Qualifications

• 10+ years of market risk experience in securitized credit, corporate credit, or related fixed income domains.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with risk analytics.
• Executive presence and ability to lead senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead market risk monitoring across spread products including Agency and Non-Agency securitized products, corporate credit, and municipal products.
• Shape and maintain the limits framework; approve risk reviews and pre-approvals for trades.
• Interpret risk trends (VaR, sensitivities, stress testing) and translate into actionable insights for management and regulators.
• Partner with Trading Heads to balance risk taking with business goals and risk appetite.
• Strengthen risk controls and drive improvements to policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Lead internal projects to enhance market risk systems, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
