State Farm is seeking a Director of First Impressions to join our team in a receptionist/customer service capacity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in pursuing insurance licensing for advancement within the agency.

Formación

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage calls and walk-in traffic.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Follows up on documentation needed.
• Set up policyholder review appointments.
• Follows up on past due payments for customers with friendly reminders
